We support raw data files from 23andMe (v3, v4, v5), AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA, and Nebula Genomics. If you have a raw .txt or .csv file from another service, it will likely work.

For 23andMe: follow their official guide at Accessing Your Raw Genetic Data. For AncestryDNA: follow their official guide at Downloading DNA Data. Other services: look for "Download Raw Data" or "Export" in your account settings. It takes about 2 minutes.

Most reports are generated in about 3–5 minutes. You'll see a live progress screen, and we'll email you when it's ready.

Yes. Your DNA file is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use it solely to generate your report. Raw files are deleted within 30 days. We never sell or share your genetic data with third parties.

No. StackDNA provides educational genomic insights. Our reports are not diagnoses, prescriptions, or medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting or changing any supplement or medication regimen.

Our health interview asks about your current supplements. The report takes them into account and may suggest changes to forms, doses, or timing based on your genetics.

Yes. If your medications, symptoms, or health situation changes, you can purchase an updated report. Previous reports remain accessible in your dashboard.

Reports are personalized digital products, so sales are final once processing begins. If you were charged in error or have a duplicate order, contact support and we will resolve it.
